1. Who provides the service

NoUploadPDF ("we", "us") provides the website and the PDF tools on it (the "service"). You can contact us at nouploadpdf@gmail.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You do not need an account, and there is nothing to sign up for.

3. What the service is

NoUploadPDF offers free tools for working with PDF files and images, such as merging, splitting, converting and protecting documents. The tools run in your web browser and process your files on your own device. The service does not receive, store or have access to the files you work on.

The service is free of charge. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service in a way that breaks any law that applies to you, or to process documents you have no right to process;
• use Unlock PDF on a document you are not entitled to open. The tool removes a password only when you supply it, and never attempts to discover one;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the website or the systems that host it;
• copy the website and present it as your own, or misrepresent your relationship with NoUploadPDF.

5. Your files stay on your device and remain yours

Files you open with the tools stay on your device. We never receive them, so we claim no rights in them and cannot see, keep or share them. You remain responsible for your documents and for keeping copies of anything important. We recommend keeping your originals until you have checked a result.

6. Open-source components

The tools rely on open-source components, each available under its own license. Those licenses, listed on Licenses, apply to those components in addition to these terms. The NoUploadPDF name, mark and website design remain ours.

7. The service is provided as is

We work hard to make the tools reliable, and every tool checks its own result before offering it. Even so, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, NoUploadPDF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, documents, profits or business, arising from your use of the service or your inability to use it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Links to other websites

The site links to a small number of other websites, such as the policies of our hosting provider. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Advertising

The service shows advertising supplied by Google. Advertising has no access to your files. Your dealings with any advertiser are between you and that advertiser, and the privacy policy and the cookies page explain how advertising affects your information.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
